. How long have you been in business?
. We have been remodeling throughout Northeast Ohio for 25 years.
. How do you ensure quality? Do you offer warrantees?
. It's our hope you will be completely satisfied with your project. We provide a one-year guarantee for workmanship. Premier Basement System products carry a ten-year warranty on fabric. If you decide to sell your home, the Warranties will transfer.
. What can I expect from your workers in my home?
. We have a small friendly crew. We strive to be clean and courteous. We are building relationships as well as homes. A site supervisor/general contractor is at the work site during work hours 100% of the time. In the unlikely event an accident should occur, our company is fully insured.
. What kind of "green" products and services do you offer?
. We are a certified Premier Basement System Systems installer. Premier Basement System is made locally in Medina Ohio, from recycled materials. Local manufacturing and installation of the Premier Basement System product reduces fossil fuels used to deliver and install Premier Basement System in your home. We are cautious about the materials we choose, because we believe we should do what we can to protect the environment.
. Can I see examples of your work?
. Yes, in addition to the photos on our website, we can set up appointments to visit homes we have helped improve Northeast Ohio. We ask that you give us time to schedule these visits to private homes.
Q. Do I have to have a design idea before calling for a consultation?
A. We have extensive experience helping clients design their living spaces and are happy to discuss your project ideas, no matter how general or detailed they may be.
